Textile Design and Production by Ballach Lifestyle UG
1. Scope of Services
Ballach Lifestyle UG offers a comprehensive range of services in the design, conceptualization, and production of fashion and accessory collections as well as lifestyle products. Through our international network of specialized production facilities and suppliers, we ensure the realization of products meeting the highest quality standards. We support both experienced clients and newcomers in navigating the fashion production cycle.
Our services cater to fashion and lifestyle brands as well as businesses in the hospitality and gastronomy sectors seeking customized concept-based professional attire.
Our services include:
- Design and conceptualization of fashion and accessory collections as well as lifestyle products.
- Planning and execution of prototype and sales sample creation.
- Development of collections to production readiness, including quality assurance.
- Organization and execution of industrial production through specialized facilities domestically and internationally.
- Planning and management of all logistical processes, including sample shipping, export/import, and delivery to the client’s warehouse.
- Incoming goods inspection upon delivery.
We act as the interface between the client and the parallel-operating production facilities, ensuring that all processes align with the stylistic framework of the respective company.
2. Workflow
Throughout the entire process, we provide clients with insights into the design and development of the products. This allows for optimizations and the flexibility to respond to unforeseen developments, such as urgent production extracts needed for press conferences.
3. Terms
- Design and Conceptualization: The creation of fashion and accessory collections is carried out in advance upon an informal declaration of intent from the client to proceed with production.
- Payment Terms:
- For new clients, a 75% deposit of the gross production invoice is due upon concept approval and production release. The remaining balance must be paid on the shipping date of the goods from the production country.
- For subsequent orders, the deposit requirement is reduced to 50% of the gross production invoice.
4. Cancellation Policy
In the event of unforeseen cancellations of productions by the client, where design and conceptualization have already been completed, and where Ballach Lifestyle UG is not at fault, the following flat-rate charges will apply in addition to any incurred expenses and sample costs:
- Clothing items: €250.00 net per item.
- Accessory items: €200.00 net per item.
If the canceled production resumes at a later date, the previously charged amount for design and conceptualization will be credited against the production invoice.
These Terms and Conditions are considered agreed upon as soon as a collaboration between Ballach Lifestyle UG and the client begins.
